Given the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken precautionary measures to protect our team, protect the NHS and save lives.
This has had some impact on our operational effort and response times.
CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes, we’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally. Many of our great customers are busy producing soaps along with wash products to combat the spread of the virus and keep people safe.
We will continue to support our Makers and trade online for as long as is safe to do so.
ARE SHIPPING TIMES AS PER USUAL?
Not quite, we’re trying to maintain this where we can. We are seeing minor delays on our dispatch process, along with transit times especially internationally.
Please don't panic, or try calling, if you've placed an order, we have it & are working as quickly as we can to dispatch it, without compromising the safety of our team.
You can review the updates from our carriers here, the restrictions are varying frequently, by region (we typically use UPS) other carriers are below:UPS
HAS COVID-19 IMPACTED MAKERS' SUPPLY CHAIN?
Currently, our production operations haven’t been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our supply chain team are monitoring the situation closely, working with suppliers, plantations and authorities across any and all affected regions and following the advice of the WHO.
Should we receive any updated information through our supply chain we will take all necessary action.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF YOUR TEAM AND BUSINESS?
Our first priority, as always, is to protect the wellbeing of our team and our customers, who are of course at the heart of all we do here at Makers Ingredients. We're only a small team, a new business, so whilst this difficult for us, we're continuing to provide you the best Makers experience possible, as safely as we can.
