We ship our natural oils and ingredients to customers all over the world. Check out our shipping and delivery details below:

All of our orders are typically processed, hand-picked, and dispatched during standard business hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). We are experiencing extremely high demand which is proving challenging for our team to manage across our limited workforce while adhering to the government Covid-19 restrictions.

Please therefore note that your delivery may take longer than usual (up to 3 days to dispatch currently, not next day as usual)

We are being transparent with our current delays, and trust you understand this current climate. 

UK Shipping Information

Our quality shipping partner is UPS - your tracking information will be supplied with your order confirmation emails as a link to UPS.

Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

99% of orders delivered next working day if ordered before 1pm!

Our standard UK delivery for orders over £150 is free to Mainland UK, Orders under £150 will be charged at £9.90 + VAT.

Areas outside of UK Mainland will incur additional charges (Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man)

Shipping costs are added to the order during checkout process, and are based on weight, product type and location.

International Shipping Information

Our quality international shipping partner is UPS - your tracking information will be supplied with your order confirmation emails as a link to UPS.

Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

99% of international orders are typically dispatched same day with a 2–5-day delivery option anywhere in the world.

For customers in Europe

At checkout stage your order will have tax and duties calculated and added to them, these will include all shipping costs. We charge these at the checkout stage to make sure your order gets delivered to you without any hidden charges or additional fees to pay.

Damaged or Missing Items

Occasionally accidents occur, postal services can damage goods and things can happen through transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us using the website form. 

We will always do our best to get you a replacement. If an item is missing from your order, please let us know using the contact form and we'll investigate within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

Here at Makers Ingredients providing the highest quality essential oils and natural ingredients to our customers is our ultimate focus, we want you to be happy ordering from us. That said, unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our natural oils and ingredients once they have been received, this is due to the nature of the product and our strict regulations.
