Delivery and Shipping Information

All of our orders are typically processed, hand-picked, and dispatched during standard business hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).

We ship our natural oils and ingredients to customers all over the world and use a range of couriers to best suit your needs, along with the quality and care required to deliver our goods safely around the world.

These currently include Royal Mail, and UPS.


UK Shipping Information  

We currently offer FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £200 ex VAT (Mainland UK)

Orders under £200 (ex-VAT) will be charged depending on the overall weight of the package and location, this is calculated automatically at checkout.

Our quality shipping partner in the UK is Royal Mail, and we offer a tracked service as standard in the UK.

Larger shipments, may be sent via alternative providers - your tracking information will be supplied with your order confirmation email and you may also receive an SMS should you request this service. 

Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays)

99% of our express service orders are delivered next working day if ordered before 12pm!

Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays), although this is sometimes extended because orders can be held up in customs waiting on clearance, so please be aware that the expected delivery date might be extended because of this.

Please be aware, international shipments DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES OR DUTIES. They will be added and charged to you by UPS directly upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Occasionally accidents occur, postal services can damage goods and things can happen through transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us using the website form. 

We will always do our best to get you a replacement. If an item is missing from your order, please let us know using the contact form and we'll investigate within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

Here at Makers Ingredients providing the highest quality essential oils and natural ingredients to our customers is our ultimate focus, we want you to be happy ordering from us. That said, unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our natural oils and ingredients, this is due to the nature of the product and our strict regulations.
