Our standard UK delivery for orders over £150 is free to Mainland UK, Orders under £150 will be charged depending on the overall weight of the parcels, see the prices below.

Our standard delivery is 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays), although this is sometimes extended because orders can be held up in customs waiting on clearance, so please be aware that the expected delivery date might be extended because of this.

Damaged or Missing Items

Occasionally accidents occur, postal services can damage goods and things can happen through transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us using the website form. 

We will always do our best to get you a replacement. If an item is missing from your order, please let us know using the contact form and we'll investigate within 48 hours.

Here at Makers Ingredients providing the highest quality essential oils and natural ingredients to our customers is our ultimate focus, we want you to be happy ordering from us. That said, unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our natural oils and ingredients once they have been received, this is due to the nature of the product and our strict regulations.
