All of our orders are typically processed, hand picked and dispatched during standard business hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). We are experiencing extremely high demand which is proving challenging for our team to manage across our limited workforce while adhering to the government Covid-19 restrictions.
Please therefore note that your delivery may take longer than usual (up to 3 days to dispatch currently, not next day as usual)

Please note: At this time our free shipping is only available for those inside the UK. Also only UK customers spending over £150 qualify for Free Shipping. If you are overseas and would like to receive wholesale or bulk product discounts on larger volumes, please contact us directly.
Shipping costs are added to the order during checkout process, and are based on weight, product type and location.
Our quality shipping partner is UPS - your tracking information will be supplied with your order confirmation emails as a link to UPS.
Damaged or Missing Items
Occasionally accidents occur, postal services can damage goods and things can happen through transit. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us using the website form.
We will always do our best to get you a replacement. If an item is missing from your order please let us know using the contact form and we'll investigate within 48 hours.
Here at Makers Ingredients providing the highest quality essential oils and natural ingredients to our customers is our ultimate focus, we want you to be happy ordering from us. That said, unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our natural oils and ingredients once they have been received, this is due to the nature of the product and our strict regulations.
